The VAT rate applied to the chauffeur-driven rental service (Private Driver) is the reduced rate of 10%, as provided for by Italian Presidential Decree 633/72.

Fares mainly depend on the number and volume of luggage and, only secondarily, on the number of passengers. If the volume or quantity of luggage exceeds standard limits, clients are kindly requested to contact us in advance so that a suitable vehicle can be arranged for the proper execution of the service.

Upon request, booster seats and/or child seats can be provided for all transfers. The cost of the service is €5 for booster seats and €10 for child seats, per service.

Vehicles used for standard transfers are selected based on availability and may vary in brand and model (Mercedes, Volkswagen, Ford, BMW, Opel, Renault, etc.).

The VIP Service can be requested for any transfer. This service guarantees the use of Mercedes vehicles (E-Class or V-Class), drivers in formal attire, bottled water and refreshing towels on board. The cost of the VIP Service corresponds to the standard fare increased by 40%, VAT excluded.

For all airport arrival transfers, a waiting time of one hour from the actual landing time of the flight is included. After this period, the client will be considered absent and the full cost of the service will be charged. Any flight delays do not affect the start of the waiting time, which begins from the moment of landing.

For departures from accommodations, a waiting time of 15 minutes is included. After this period, the client will be considered absent and the full cost of the service will be charged. In case of unforeseen circumstances, it is possible to communicate a delay; depending on vehicle availability, an hourly stop or the scheduling of a new transfer service may be proposed.

Booking cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the service.
